Shipping and Delivery Information

To ensure the best possible delivery service to our customers, ENDLESS SUMMER uses GoSweetSpot for delivery within New Zealand. Our packages are tracked and do not require a signature upon delivery. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email containing shipping confirmation and your Tracking Number. Anyone at the delivery address provided who receives the goods shall be presumed by ENDLESS SUMMER to be authorised to receive the goods on your behalf.

We are currently offering the following flat rate shipping charges:-

- $6.95 to all North Island NON-RURAL Delivery addresses for orders to the value of $124.94

- $8.95 to all South Island NON-RURAL Delivery addresses for orders to the value of $124.94

- Shipping is free for all orders to NON-RURAL delivery addresses over the value of $124.95.  (Please see below for additional information regarding Rural Delivery addresses)

- Shipping is free for all orders to RURAL delivery addresses over the value of $199.95.  (Please see below for additional information regarding Rural Delivery addresses)

*Please note that if you live in a Rural Delivery area there is an ADDITIONAL $4.00 charge (total shipping cost to North Island Rural Delivery addresses is $10.95, total shipping cost to South Island Rural Delivery addresses is $12.95 ) that will apply to all orders for delivery to Rural Addresses placed through this website to the value of $199.94.

*Please choose the correct shipping option during Checkout to avoid any shipping delays.  We will be unable to send your order to you if you live in a Rural Delivery area but have only paid for non-Rural shipping.  Once the correct amount has been paid for shipping we will be able to send your order.  

We will only ship Monday to Friday on regular business days.  If you place your order before 12 noon Monday to Thursday, we will ship the next day.  Orders received Friday-Sunday will be processed on the next business day.  We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

At ENDLESS SUMMER we try our hardest to dispatch your orders as soon as we receive them but during busy periods this may not be possible so orders will be sent the following business day.

We can only accept orders for products that are showing as 'In stock' provided that:

- Payment has been accepted and billing address verified.

- Delivery address has been verified.

- Please note that external factors out of our control may occasionally cause delays.

ENDLESS SUMMER is unable to guarantee specific delivery dates as all deliveries are subject to the service provided from GoSweetSpot and their affiliates. With this in mind please allow up to 3 working days for delivery within New Zealand. This is subject to goods being in stock and please also allow for a longer delivery time during understandably busy periods, such as Christmas.

During Level 3, Click & Collect is possible by arrangement.  Please email us at info@endless-summer-nz.com to arrange a time to collect your order.

International Shipping

We now offer 2 Shipping Options to Australia as below:-

- Tracked Shipping $30.00 -This is a tracked courier service for orders up to $249.94 & should reach you within 3-10 working days (can be subject to courier and customs delays which are unfortunately out of our control).

- Free Shipping -This is a tracked courier service for orders over $249.95 & should reach you within 3-10 working days (can be subject to courier and customs delays which are unfortunately out of our control). 

* Please note - International customers are responsible for any Customs or Duty Taxes/Charges that may be applied to your order within your own country.  For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

At ENDLESS SUMMER, we take great care in compiling and packaging your orders to ensure that they reach their final destination (you!!) in a timely fashion and in the same condition they left us in. All of our orders are sent via a trackable Courier system but once the package has been dispatched, we cannot take responsibility for items that are lost/damaged/delayed/missing in transit.
